- THE GOODS -
Our goal is to supply you with an item that will last for years (when properly used, so no cocktail dress for skateboarding ). Our goods are rigidly checked for stains, rips and other flaws. We take care of these things before we offer them for sale. When we’re unlikely to succeed, or we decide that the item looks better with the stains (yes, we think it does sometimes). Then we will state it clearly in the item description.
We also rate the condition of the item, giving a rate from 1-10 out of 10.

We’re not a bulk vintage reseller, so keep in mind we know our stuff. All vintage sales are final, except new items like Bonne Suits / That Hat / Liberall.
How do you know if the item will fit correctly?
We measure our items, and state the measurements in the item description. Also we state the original size, as stated by original factory. Sometimes we will recommend which size will fit best, as we also sell clothing with an alternative fitting. This all will be stated in the description.
- SHIPMENT -
HOBOKEN sends out all orders out with Track & Trace information through PostNL. Once an order is shipped you will receive an email with the Track & Trace information. Shipment expenses:
EU ZONE 1 €12,-
EU ZONE 2 €20,-
Orders are send out within 5 working days after HOBOKEN received payment, but often send out earlier. Estimated shipping times:
NL 1-2 days

WORLDWIDE 5-7 days
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed.
AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is processed, we cannot cancel or modify a shipment.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with corresponding tracking information.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your HOBOKEN purchase, for any reason, you can return your item and get a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as we send out.
Again, only new items can be returned.
All vintage sales are final.
*items that are in sale cannot be returned.
